Should I pay VAT for my subscription?

As a customer, your total payment would be with VAT included. For businesses possessing a valid VAT number, the fee is €100, VAT excluded.

It says invalid VAT number… What should I do?

If your VAT number is showing as invalid, please verify its validity for transactions within Europe at the European Commission’s VAT validation site: EU VAT Validation. Simply select the country and enter your VAT number.

Should the VAT number still be invalid for cross-border transactions within the EU, we recommend contacting your local tax authority to address and resolve this issue.

Why is my discount not being added during checkout?

Which service do you use to process the payments?

We use Stripe to process the payments. Stripe is the most popular payment provider in the world. It is being used by companies like Apple, Amazon and Google.

Which payment methods can I use to pay for the package?

You can use two methods:

  1. Credit Card
    Either Mastercard or VISA
  2. Sepa (Direct Debit)
    This allows for direct debeting from a bank account number in EU. During the payment you give permission to debit an amount from your bank account using a valid IBAN. This is a delayed payment, which means that it takes on average 10 days to know if the payment is succesfull or not. You can read more here: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/sepa-debit

Subscription

How do I login my account

If you have purchased your subscription, you have received an email to set your account. You can follow the instructions in this email to set your password and finalize your account. If you haven’t received this email, you can go to https://lisbontraveltips.com/my-account and click on forgot password with the same email you have subscribed with.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes you always have the right to cancel the subscription. You can easily do this by signing in to your account at: https://lisbontraveltips.com/my-account. If you look at left menu, you can click at subscriptions -> and click on cancel.

Can I post non-advertisement but valuable content in the group?

Absolutely! You are encouraged to share content that adds value to the group alongside your promotional posts. This contributes positively to the group’s dynamic and your standing within the community.

What do I do when I see an unverified business promoting themselves in the group?

We actively delete posts and comments by unverified companies. However, if you come across any that we may have missed, please report them to keep things fair. You can do this by clicking on the report option next to their post or comment.
